We have baked the Bread Path course for everyone who enjoys baking from the ground up and would like to learn how to bake honest home-baked bread. Juliana is an extremely talented baker and the most professional person when it comes to bread. Maskretnica is simply bread, kvass, a fluffy crust and a crispy crust.
We have baked the Bread Path course for everyone who enjoys baking from the ground up and would like to learn how to bake honest home-baked bread. Another of the intensive six-hour courses. In contrast to the classic course, which is based on time, we will go through the entire process in real time. We will have more time for theory and practice. The entire course will be devoted to a loaf of bread from A to Z. Mashrtnica will introduce you to the theory of working with bread yeast, dough, time and temperature during rising and baking itself.
Looking at Juliana, the whole process of baking bread will seem extremely simple. She just has it in her hand and from basic ingredients such as water, flour and salt, a divine loaf is created under her hands.
Juliana will explain and show you everything in detail. You will see all stages of preparation in one day, and then you can easily do it at home. There is nothing better than learning how to bake homemade bread. The sincere joy that comes over you every time you take a loaf out of the oven is an indescribably beautiful reward.

Juliana Fischerová
She has started to write a blog in 2012 about sourdough baking, Maškrtnica.cz. She and another food blogger (Cuketka) are founders of sourdough starter map and movement PečemPecen.cz. Since she was a little, Juliana enjoyed baking and cooking mainly for the family, later on she baked custom-made products and then she has been baking and frying donuts for restaurant Maso a kobliha.
