For this tasting dinner, chef Roman Kintler has prepared for you his most popular dishes, which he regularly prepares at the La Finestra in Cucina restaurant, where he works as head chef. You will have the opportunity to taste up to six courses, which will be carefully paired with great wine by sommelier Václav Vašek.
The degustation dinner will be prepared for you by the head chef of La Finestra in Cucina Roman Kintler, the general manager of the restaurant - Ladislav Balogh will take care of impeccable service throughout the evening, and the head sommelier of La Collezione Václav Vašek will take care of the great wine.
The newly prepared package is ideal for groups of 12-16 people and can serve as a great way for a corporate team building, birthday party, family reunion or other special event. During the four-hour dinner, guests can look forward to an experience full of exceptional flavors and excellent service. Immediately upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a welcome drink and a delicious amuse bouche to immediately start developing their taste buds.
After that, the guests will be introduced to the back part, to our dining room, where comfortable seating will be prepared for them. They will always have sparkling and non-sparkling water available on the tables, and the price also includes the possibility of unlimited consumption of other soft drinks during the evening.
At this special dinner, guests have the unique opportunity to watch the work of our chefs live from the kitchen. All delicious courses will be served with an emphasis on perfect style and taste, and guests can expect interesting information from the chef regarding the preparation of the meals and from the sommelier regarding the wines that will be offered to them. This evening full of gastronomic magic will become a great experience that guests will remember for a long time.
