Zdeněk Pohlreich

Zdeněk Pohlreich is one of the leading personalities in Czech gastronomy and has significantly contributed to it’s recent upsurge. His career began in 1975 when he cooked in various hotels and restaurants in Prague. Then there was an important period in the years 1990-1993, when Zdenek cooked in the Netherlands and Australia. After returning to Prague, he gathered additional experience as a chef at the Renaissance Hotel, Villa Voyta Prague, Prague Marriott and Radisson.
